Do you have questions about your learner’s progress with their current program of studies? Do you have concerns about an IEP or school special education evaluation? Our staff offers private consultation to help you navigate the IEP process from initial evaluation to transition services.
Assessment
MassAAG specializes in comprehensive speech-language assessments for school-aged children.
Assessment Presentation
Our evaluators are happy to assist you in presenting the data from the assessment(s) to your school and/or care team.
Advocacy
MassAAG staff will work with your team on your behalf to create an appropriate IEP or care plan.
Assessment & Advocacy Packages
For maximum support, you may choose to work with an Assessor Advocate. This staff member will be your point of contact for all testing, and will accompany you to all IEP or care plan meetings.
Professional Development/
Seminars
MassAAG offers professional development for school administrators and staff focusing on proactive strategies to help avoid common, and not so common, mishaps during evaluation and IEP meetings. Our staff members also provide informative seminars for SEPAC’s and other parent groups.
Expert Witness Services
Is your case headed to the Bureau of Special Education Appeals (BSEA)? Our staff can provide a witness accounting of events and/or work in conjunction with your attorney to present an effective case.
